TrAk is my favourite way to start the day- bright and early at 5am! I look forward to each workout that's both fun and challenging surrounded by awesome people. It's been exciting to see my progress since I've joined TrAk. They set you up with the tools to succeed and the continual support from the coaches and other members make it that much better. This is LIFE CHANGING! I started with doing the Challenge and have become so much fitter in such little time. Not only do you get the best of the best nutrition plan, coaches and workouts, you're immediately welcomed into a supportive, family-like community... absolutely the best!


I just want to say THANK YOU. Joining TrAk 4 months ago was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have learned a ton about weight training, movement and the importance of making goals for myself. The atmosphere at TrAk is so positive and fun. Meeting other like-minded individuals is also a bonus. I truly enjoy the classes, even the Ab roller and burpees (maybe not the burpees!). Rolling out of bed at 5:30 has never been so appealing! I have seen a huge transformation in my body since joining. I have become so much fitter, gained a ton of muscle and now can move much easier through my day. I find myself squatting to pick up things, I can dead lift my 6 year-old and can run with my kids without feeling like I am dying. There are also the things that I can't see, but I can feel. My overall mood is much happier. I am more patient and don't stress as much (not sure how that works, but everyone in my house is happier!). I feel good. Really good. I just wanted to say thanks for giving me to opportunity to get healthy. Mentally and physically.
