When I first weighed in here at TrAk I was really unfit. As of this morning I’ve become so much fitter and my body fat percentage is at 18% .. It’s had a great impact on my family. Before I came I was tired, irritable, never wanted to do anything now I’m the first one ready.. the kids can’t even keep up. My wife and I have a better relationship because of this. It’s pretty fun to work back down to the stuff I would wear in college and high school. I just feel a lot better all the time I have more self confidence as a person. I fit my frame ..you just have more energy all the time you always feel better everyday… TrAk has increased my ability to hang out with my kids and with my wife and not get tired of doing stuff. I set out earlier this year to be in the best physical shape of my life at age 40 and in two months when I turn 40 I will be in the best physical shape of my life..Once I started coming to Trak it became a habit like everything else it was one of those things that if I didn’t do it I felt incomplete. My boys would wake up in the morning and they’re like, did you workout today?.. ..Where , Let’s see it .. they wanted to see where I worked out.. It validated everything I was trying to do for myself but it resonated with me as well because now I was doing it for them as well…. I’ve become so much fitter. The best part I can now buy a medium shirt and it looks good!
